From one of our in-person workshops in Sydney. You do the work in the room, not after it.

"What's really impressive is he's genuinely a great guy with great ethics and a long-term perspective. That's rare in business."
Ramit Sethi
NYT bestselling author and host of Netflix's How to Get Rich

"Omar's no BS but empathetic approach to business education is what is needed in an online world filled with noise."

Does this sound familiar?
You don't have an ideas problem. You have an execution problem.
The business works. Customers pay you. Revenue comes in. From the outside, you're doing fine.
But be honest with yourself for a second.
- You set goals in January. By March you couldn’t have told anyone what they were.
- Your week is decided by your inbox, not by a plan.
- You have eleven good ideas and no way to choose between them, so you half-do four.
- Nobody asks you whether you did what you said you’d do. You’re the boss. That’s the problem.
- You keep meaning to block out a few days to work on your business. Instead, you keep working in it.
None of this is laziness. You work harder than most people you know. You’ve just never been shown how to plan properly to make sure your business succeeds, and nobody around you is in a position to hold you to it.
What’s missing is protected time. Two days with the door shut, away from your inbox, where making the plan is the only thing on the table. Left to a spare afternoon, it never happens. In the room, it gets done.
The next 12 months are going to pass whether you plan them or not.
Here's what a year without a plan looks like. You already know, because you've just had one.
You stay busy. You ship things. A launch goes fine, another one fizzles. A competitor does the thing you’d been meaning to do. In December you look at the numbers and they’re about where they were, give or take.
Then you do the same thing again, one year older, with the same ideas still sitting in a notes app.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is the price of that year. It doesn’t show up on an invoice, so it’s easy to ignore. It’s still the most expensive line in your business.
An owner with a plan and an owner without one work the same hours. Only one of them knows what the hours are for.
And if you already have a plan?
Planning is not enough. You have to execute it, and be held to it.
Maybe you've done a planning day before. You set the goals, wrote the document, and felt great for about a week.
Then real life turned up. A client fire. A staff issue. A new idea that looked better than the old one. The plan went into a folder, and by April you were back to reacting.
That isn’t a discipline problem. The plan stopped at the goal. It never told you what to do this month, and nobody was checking whether you did it.
A plan only gets results when two things come with it:
- A month-by-month breakdown. At the start of every month you know what moves you towards the goal, so you’re never starting from scratch. You set it, and you adjust it at each quarterly review as things change.
- Accountability as you go. You check in each week, each month and each quarter, with people who will notice if you don’t, until you hit your goals.
You leave this workshop with both: a plan broken down to the month, and a group that will ask whether you followed it.
The process
Reflect. Decide. Implement.
Three steps, in order, with nothing complicated about them. It's the planning process we've used on our own companies for over a decade, and you can run it again every year for as long as you own a business. The steps are ours. Every decision in the plan is yours.
Reflect
See the business as it is
We go through your numbers, your offers, your time and your last 12 months. What worked, what didn't, and what you've been avoiding. You can't choose a direction until you know where you're standing.
Decide
Pick one North Star and three levers
One goal for 2027 that everything else answers to. Then the three growth levers most likely to get you there. Everything else goes on a "not this year" list, which is the hardest and most useful part.
Implement
Turn it into a calendar
Each lever becomes quarterly activities, then a month-by-month plan. Each activity gets an owner and a date. By the time you leave, 2027 is already in your calendar and you know what you're doing the first Monday back.
What you walk out with
Four things in your hands by 5pm on day two
Your North Star goal
One measurable target for the next 12 months, tested against your real numbers and pressure-tested by the room.
Your three growth levers
The three vehicles that will carry the goal, chosen on evidence from your own business, plus a written list of what you're saying no to.
Your quarterly and monthly activity plan
Q1 to Q4, lever by lever, then broken down month by month. You'll know what to do each month, who's doing it, and how you'll know it worked. How detailed it gets is up to you.
Your pre-loaded 2027 calendar
Launches, review days, planning days and time off, already blocked. Plus a simple monthly and quarterly review rhythm so the plan survives contact with February.
And one more thing that matters as much as the plan: you'll know how to do this again. Next year you can run the same process yourself, with your team, in a day.
What to expect
This isn't your typical strategy workshop
You won't spend two days in a chair filling in worksheets. You work on your own business the whole time, and you're on your feet as often as you're sitting down.
Short blocks, then you build
We teach for a short stretch, then you apply it to your business straight away while the two of us come around the room.
Up on the walls
Big paper and markers. You map your year where you can see all of it, and move things around until it fits.
Think out loud
Pairs, small groups and hot seats, so you test your thinking with people who run businesses too.
Your way of working
Some people plan in lists, some in pictures, some by talking it through. There's no single right way to do this. You build the plan you want, and we help you structure it.

Who it's for
This room is small on purpose
With eight seats, who sits in them matters. We choose the group so you are both inspired and motivated.
This is for you if
- You have more ideas than you can act on and want help choosing.
- You run a business with real customers and real revenue.
- You run your business solo, or you lead a small team.
- You’ve never had a proper planning rhythm, or the one you had fell over.
- You’re willing to look at your real numbers in black and white.
- You’ll do the pre-work and turn up for both full days.
It's not for you if
- You’re still looking for a business idea or your first customer.
- You want motivation, or just to sit back and listen to a lecture for two days.
- You’re after tactics: ad funnels, AI tools, social media hacks.
- You’re not open to feedback and not willing to roll up your sleeves.
- You’d rather be told what to do than decide it yourself.
- You can’t give two days your full attention.
Your facilitators
We've planned our way through 15 years of building together, and one exit.
We’re Omar Zenhom and Nicole Baldinu. We’re partners in business and in life, and we’ve built every company we own side by side.
We co-founded WebinarNinja, bootstrapped it for about ten years with no outside funding, and sold it. We also built The $100 MBA Show into one of the most downloaded business podcasts in the world.
We were both teachers before we were business owners, which is why this is a workshop and not a talk.
You get both of us in the room for both days. Omar is the teacher and the strategist: he’ll push you on the goal and the levers. Nicole is the operator: as COO she’s the one who turns a plan into quarters and months, owners and dates, and she’ll do the same for yours.
None of what we built happened by accident. Every year we sat down, looked at the business with clear eyes, picked one goal, picked a few levers, and put it in the calendar. That annual habit did more for us than any tactic we ever tried. This workshop is that habit, taught in two days.

FAQ
Questions people ask before applying
How much revenue do I need to be making?
There’s no hard number. You need paying customers and a business that’s been running long enough to have a year of data to reflect on. If you’re pre-revenue, this isn’t the right room yet.
I run my business solo, with no team. Is that okay?
Yes. Solo operators often get the most from it, because they have nobody to plan with and nobody to answer to. The plan is built around the capacity you really have.
Why in person? Couldn't this be a Zoom?
You’ve had a year to do this at your desk and it hasn’t happened. Two days in a room, away from your inbox, with people watching you make the decisions, is the whole reason it works.
Why only eight people?
With two of us and eight of you, we can get to every business in every session. Each person gets real hot-seat time and attention instead of watching a lecture.
Why December?
So your 2027 plan is finished before the break. You switch off properly over the holidays and start the year already moving, while everyone else is still working out where to begin.
I don't like rigid plans. Will this box me in?
No. You choose the goal, the levers and how detailed your months get. We bring the structure and the questions, and you make the calls. The plan is reviewed every quarter, so you change course when the business does.
Will I have to share my numbers?
You need to bring them, yes. You can’t build a real plan without your numbers in black and white in front of you. Whether you share them with the rest of the group is up to you. You can keep them to yourself. And anything that is shared in the room stays in the room.
Can I get a refund?
No. With only eight seats, holding yours means turning someone else away, so all sales are final. Before you apply, make sure you can be in the room on both days.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop, your completed pre-work, and access to your numbers and calendar. Everything else is on the table when you arrive.
What happens after the two days?
You join the WhatsApp group with the other attendees and the two of us. That’s where quarterly check-ins happen and where you’ll get asked whether you did what you said. From there the follow-through is yours. This is a two-day workshop, not an ongoing coaching programme.
I've made plans before and didn't stick to them. Why would this be different?
Most plans stop at the goal and leave you guessing how to get there. This one goes down to the month. You do all the planning in two days, then you just follow it, with a group checking in on you as you go.

The room at the end of one of our Sydney workshops. This one will be smaller: eight people, so everyone gets our full attention.
Apply
Eight seats. One could be yours.
A year from now you'll be looking back at 2027. Either it went according to plan, or there wasn't one. The saying is true: "When you fail to plan, you plan to fail."
Applying takes five minutes and costs nothing. If the room isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you.
P.S. Go back to the calculator and look at the weekly number. That’s what each week of putting this off costs. The workshop is two days.
P.P.S. When the eight seats are gone, they’re gone. We’re not running a bigger room.
