Omar Zenhom and Nicole Baldinu are the cofounders of The $100 MBA, a business training program for real-world entrepreneurs who prefer actionable steps to academic theory.
Former full-time educators, Omar and Nicole left teaching to create their own living—and use their classroom skills to help others learn how to do the same. In 2014, they cofounded WebinarNinja, a teaching, marketing, and coaching platform acquired by ProProfs in 2024.
Since 2014, Omar has hosted The $100 MBA Show, a podcast featuring short, practical lessons on every aspect of creating and running your own business, with Nicole as producer. The $100 MBA Show has over 300 million downloads and over 800,000 monthly listeners, with high-profile interviewees including Ramit Sethi, Jordan Harbinger, and more.
Omar and Nicole live in Sydney, Australia, from which they’ve run their global remote team since 2014. It’s a live, online coaching event where you will learn how to turn what you already know into a business. Omar and Nicole will show you how to package your knowledge into digital products – like courses, coaching, e-books, or templates. They will share and teach from experience and not give you just theory but also practical, real exercises to get you going.

It’s for professionals, creatives, skilled people who want to more freedom in their career and the ability to stop relying on a paycheck.

Do I need any pre-existing business knowledge?
No. Omar and Nicole are qualified educators and will cater the workshops to three levels – complete beginners, people who have started a side hustle but are still in a job and people who have a business up and running but need to get to the next level.
Is this just another “get rich quick” thing?
Yuck! We’ve been fighting these idiot scammers and “fake gurus” for over a decade. No overnight riches, no scams, no fake hype. This is about real, proven business strategies that help you create, sell, and grow a sustainable online business. We focus on practical steps—not selling you “the dream”.

What if I’m too old to start a business?
No such thing! Both Omar and Nicole left their careers in their mid-thirties to start their businesses. They sold their software company in their mid forties for life-changing money. And, they feel they are only just getting started 🙂
Is there a cost to attend?
No, the 3-day event is free to attend live. Replay recordings will be available for a limited time. There is the option after registration, to purchase lifetime access to the recordings for a small fee.
Why is it called “Own Your Job?”
Omar and Nicole were in a career as classroom teachers for over a decade each. Being in a job felt like they had no control over their future and how much they could earn. Leaving their careers and starting their businesses gave them the ability to “own the work” they did, make more money and have more freedom to do the things they enjoyed, like travel and spending time with family and friends.
