  • I just wanted to add that, unfortunately, there is a lot more at stake than performance improvement. There are major health concerns from not getting enough sleep as well. (I say this as someone who used to regularly pull all-nighters… I’ve *really* been working on this aspect of my life for the last couple of years, as I literally started to get sick.)

    A great resource you and your listeners should know about in this regard is Shawn Stevenson of The Model Health Show/Podcast. He wrong the book on sleep… really. 🙂 But, his podcast covers all aspects of health and nutrition, and is by far, the best I’ve ever heard on the subject matter. And like your podcast, gets to the details and is great fun to listen to.
