Recently, we launched a new online space for users of our online teaching and marketing platform, WebinarNinja. We wanted to bring our incredible collection of teachers, coaches, marketers and more together to network, share ideas, and find support.
…but it wasn’t easy. Today, we share the steps we went through to launch this new community, which we call NinjaTown.
From finding the right software platform, to hiring the right staff, to incentivizing our customers’ participation, over 8 months of work went into this project — and now, we’re ready to welcome customers new and old into a place just for them.
